Can I try Corriva before paying?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to the tier you choose, and you can switch plans at any time during the trial.
What counts as a shipment?
A shipment is a single freight movement from origin to destination. Multi-stop shipments count as one shipment. Cancelled shipments before carrier assignment do not count toward your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you pay the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the new rate applies at your next billing date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET 30 terms.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Starter and Growth plans have zero setup fees. Enterprise plans may include onboarding services, which are quoted based on your needs.
What happens if I go over my shipment limit?
We will let you know when you are approaching your limit. If you exceed it, overage shipments are billed at $4 each on Starter and $2.50 each on Growth. Or you can upgrade to the next tier.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing. Contact us for annual pricing on any tier.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No long-term contracts on Starter or Growth. Cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of your billing period.
